On 24^th December, the conference on the establishment of China Cement Association Quality Committee & the First Plenary Session was held in Guiyang.About 70 Representatives from relevant units participated the conference, while Ruitai Technology was selected as governing unit.

  The conference was held by Yutao Wang, Vice Secretary-general of China Cement Association, then Vice-chairman Mr.Kong made an important speech. As the largest cement consuming countries, cement industry facing four key challenges, over-capacity, lower energy efficiency, population of low-carbon product and R&D of instruments.

 Chairman, Vice-chairman, Secretary-general and Vice Secretary-general of China Cement Association Quality Committee were selected, and then representatives agreed two drafts.
